Bid to make mutant sheep Sharon world famous

A mutant sheep called Sharon living in semi resort like conditions is helping scientists to hopefully unravel the mysteries of human hair.

Sharon's mutation means her wool isn't the usual tight curly coat we see but rather its straighter and silkier.

Eloise Gibson is a science and medical journalist here in New Zealand and she's making it her mission to have Sharon the sheep become world famous.
