Wild Dolphins

New Zealand is a land born from fire and ice. In this tortured landscape live some of the most determined, charismatic and quirky dolphins in the world.

Produced by NHNZ

In a freezing fjord, giant bottlenoses battle the icy extremes. Diminutive Hector’s dolphins hide in the safety of a volcano. And the cheeky Dusky dolphins plumb the depths of an undersea canyon in search of food. But they have a secret weapon; a trait shared by all dolphins. By relying on their strong social bonds, these charming heroes prevail in the face of almost all adversity.
