A permaculture haven in a farm desert.
Produced by Better Ancestors
In episode 7, Better Ancestors visits Byron Birss and Backyard Paradise, his emerging permaculture heaven. Over just a year and a half, Byron has been able to learn from scratch how to create a regenerative food forest, and is documenting and sharing the journey with thousands of people on social media. While Backyard Paradise is only a small piece of land, the inspiration that Byron offers through the telling of his story digitally can have a widespread and lasting impact for creating a better future. He is now also offering consultations and workshops to contribute what he’s learned to the wider community.
